At Shunya Creation, all products are custom made-to-order and dispatched from our fulfillment center. Delivery timelines vary based on your location.
📦 Processing Time
All orders are custom-produced after placement. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
🚚 Delivery Time
- Tamil Nadu: 1–2 business days after dispatch
- South India (Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh): 2–3 business days after dispatch
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Pune): 3–4 business days after dispatch
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 4–6 business days after dispatch
- Northeast India & remote/rural areas: 6–8 business days after dispatch
- Total estimated delivery: 4–13 business days from order date
💰 Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹499
- Flat ₹49 shipping fee on orders below ₹499
- Cash on Delivery (COD) available on eligible orders — additional ₹29 COD handling fee may apply
📍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your shipment through the courier partner's website or our order tracking page.
⚠️ Important Notes
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, natural events, or courier delays.
- Shunya Creation is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
- For COD orders, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address. Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in order cancellation.
- We currently ship across all serviceable PIN codes in India.
