At Shunya Creation, all products are custom made-to-order and shipped internationally from India. Please plan your order accordingly.
📦 Processing Time
All orders require 3–5 business days for production before dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or Indian public holidays begin processing the next business day.
🚚 Delivery Time
- United States: 7–14 business days after dispatch
- Canada: 10–18 business days after dispatch
- Total estimated delivery: 10–21 business days from order date
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local courier conditions, or peak seasons.
💰 Shipping Charges
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
- Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check at checkout.
🏦 Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices. Shunya Creation has no control over customs processing times or fees.
📍 Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be shared via email once your order is dispatched. International tracking may show limited updates while in transit between countries.
